After the acquisition of Android Inc by Google or the Alphabet Inc, Android made their very first release under the version control of 1.0.

1. What is Android Initial Release?

Android version 1.0 or the initial release of Android was deployed in 23rd of September 2008. The very first smart phone which adopted the operating system was the HTC Dream. Google and the team from Android Inc focused on the speed, the usability, user experience, creating the platform to third party apps which written by other app developers.
