There are profit oriented and non profit oriented businesses in the world where we live. Each and every business needs to have a solid a business model to sustain in the business world by competing with other businesses which are exists. Almost every business in the world where we live, do need a sales channel and target audience for sales.

There are business which oriented on products or services. Which means business is focusing on make money by providing a service or a product to the end customer. Businesses do have three types of sales models with them. Business to Business (B2B), which means the businesses are doing business with businesses. Business to Government (B2G), which means the businesses are doing business with governments. And the other way is Business to Consumer (B2C), which means businesses are doing business with consumers.

In the Business to Consumer (B2C) business model, the end sales objective of the business is to sell the products or services to a consumer.


Who is a Consumer?

Consumer is an individual. Most of the time a human who is with needs and wants in the life. Because of the needs and wants what they do have in their daily routine, Consumers are tend to use a product or service which manufactured, produced by another business to make their lives easy.


Diversified 

Consumers are diversified and complicated. Rather than anything on earth, selling a product or service to a consumers needs strategic mechanism of efforts to build the sales channel and sustain the relationship with the consumer. 



Due to the nature of the humans, humans are searching for the best possible to option which is available for them in the market to choose out of multiple variations. But a consumer found their lives easy with a brand, they will choose it as the companion for a long time until somebody introduce a better product which is a substitute for the existing product.


Concerns by Consumers

Consumers are concerned about many factors when comes to choosing a product or service. As humans, consumers are thinking of the price of the product or service in heavily. If there are multiple variations of the similar product or service available in the market for the same price consumer will search for other factors of the product or service.

Quality of the product or service, If the quality of the product or service what the business provides to the consumer is not good or if there is another product or service available in the market for the consumer to choose at a similar price level, they will choose among the other brands which are available.

Supply of the product or service according to the need of the consumer also takes an important roll when choosing a product or service by a consumer. If the product or service won't available for a consumer for sometime depending on the urgency of the consumer they will choose another product or service by a different business.
